      موسيقى من العراق،  مشروع ثقافي كبير يهدف الى توثيق موسيقى الشعوب العراقية وريثة الحضارات القديمة في أرض النهرين , وتعتبر الموسيقى العراقية في غاية التنوع من حيث الانماط والأشكال والثراء اللحني والإيقاعي , وقد تعرضت أنماط كثيرة من موسيقى الشعوب العراقية الى النسيان والفقدان خلال حقب زمنية كثيرة تخللتها حروب وكوارث وهجرات ، وقد سجلت شركات الفونوغراف في بداية القرن العشرين الكثير من الموسيقى القديمة على إسطوانات شمعية وحجرية وبلاستيكية وهي تعتبر من النوادر في هذه الأيام وفقط جامعي الاسطوانات يملكون أجهزة تشغيلها، فضلا ً عن صعوبة نسخها وتحويلها وفقدانها للكثير من جودة الصوت المسجل ، وهذا ما شجع مؤسسة دجلة للموسيقى الشرقية للمبادرة الى هذا المشروع بتسجيل الموسيقى القديمة وفق احدث تقنيات التسجيل الصوتي المعاصرة وجعلها ممكنة التداول عبر الأقراص الصوتية والانترنيت والهواتف النقالة وبأي وسيلة عصرية ممكنة.

     وتضم  المجموعة الاولى أربعة أقراص تشمل موسيقى المقام العراقي والريف والبادية فضلا ً عن إبداعات لأمهر المؤدين على الآلات الموسيقية العراقية،  وقد ركزنا في هذه المجموعة على عطاء الآلات الموسيقية التقليدية، لكونه يعتمد على الأداء الموسيقي الآلي، الذي يعتبر قابلا ً للتوصيل كأي لغة انسانية، ونطمح في المستقبل الى إصدار مجموعة ثانية تضم أنماطا ً أخرى من الموسيقى الأصيلة. 

الموسيقى التقليدية للأقليات العراقية 2011

     وتضم المجموعة الثانية قرصين يحتوي الأول على أنماط مختلفة من الموروث الموسيقي الإيزيدي يؤديها نخبة من  المؤدين الإيزيديين، ويشتمل الثاني على موسيقى وغناء شعبي من التراث الشبكي يؤديها موسيقيون من المكون الشبكي، وأغلب المؤدين المشاركين في هذه المجموعة يسكنون ناحيتي بعشيقة وبحزاني وهما بلدتان متجاورتان تقعان على بعد 20 كم شمال مدينة الموصل مركز محافظة نينوى في شمال العراق.  وقد تناولنا في هذه المجموعة الصوت البشري في الغناء الشعبي بكلا اللغتين العربية والكردية فضلاً عن الأداء الموسيقي الآلي على الآلات الموسيقية التقليدية، وهو ما نعتبره  لغة انسانية قابلة  للتوصيل.

 يحق لنا ان نحتفي بموسيقى العراق بوصفها عنوانا ً للتنوع الثقافي الحي وتراثا ً إنسانيا ً فريد تمتد جذوره التاريخية الى أقدم الحضارات الإنسانية التي سادت أرض الرافدين ، وهو ما يدفعنا الى النظر بفخرٍ الى موسيقى العراق وهي تحتل مكانتها السامية بين موسيقى الشعوب وريثة الحضارات والثقافات المتلاقحة عبر الزمن بثرائها اللحني والإيقاعي والأدائي ، ونطمح إذ نحتفل اليوم بالتنوع الثقافي من خلال الموسيقى العراقية ان تؤدي موسيقانا دورها الحضاري في دعم الحوار والتنمية البشرية وتسهم في تعزيز الإنتاجية الثقافية لما تحمله من امكانات كبيرة للنمو والمشاركة وتجديد منابع الأفكار، فالعولمة السريعة تجلب الثقافات كما لم يحدث من قبل، لكن يمكن للتنوع الثقافي أن يزود الأجيال بمهارات تمكنها من تعلم العيش معا وتحقيق أقصى إستفادة من وفرة الثقافات، عوضا عن تأجيج سوء الفهم وإستخدامه ذريعة للتقسيم في مجتمعاتنا المختلطة، لأن الثقافة تساعدنا على الإرتفاع فوق الصراعات من خلال توضيح العوامل التي تجمعنا معا، وهذا ما دأبت عليه جماعة دجلة للموسيقى في مشاريعها التي حرصت على توفير الفرص لدعم طاقات التنوع الموسيقي، والسعي لتكريس العلاقة بين الماضي والحاضر عبر حماية التراث غير المادي وتوثيق صيغ التنوع في التعبير الموسيقي.رض

وقد تناول الجزء الثالث من هذا المشروع، الموسيقى والغناء في الموصل مركز محافظة نينوى شمال العراق والضواحي والأرياف والبوادي التابعة لها.  وتضم  المجموعة أربعة أقراص صوتية تضمنت المقام الموصلي، وتراث الشيخ عثمان الموصلي، والموروث الغنائي الموصلي، وأنماط من غناء القرى المحيطة والبوادي المتاخمة لها، فضلا ً عن الأداء الإنفرادي والجماعي على الآلات الموسيقية التقليدية، وهو ما نعتبره  لغة انسانية قابلة  للتوصيل.

    Cultural project, aiming to document the traditional music of Iraqi peoples the heirs of ancient civilizations who have lived in Mesopotamia for millennia. Music in Iraq is distinguished for its diversity, in styles, rich melodic and rhythmic shapes. However, many of original tunes have been vanishing during periods of time included regional wars, disasters and migrations.

The reality of traditional music in Iraq has encouraged Dijla oriental musicians to initiate this project, preserving old music according with the latest techniques of audio recording, and make it accessible for listening through audio disks, the internet, and any modern format. The third release consists of four albums, contain several forms of traditional music and singing from Mosul - Center of Nineveh province northern Iraq – plus, its suburbs and rural areas. Audio discs include: Iraqi Maqams from Mosul, The heritage of Sheikh Othman Almusili, Folk songs from Mosul, and styles of singing from the surrounding villages and countryside adjacent to it, as well as solo performance on traditional instruments. All the performers live in the districts and villages of Mosul. In this package we present the human voice, singing by Arabic language in three local dialects, with instrumental performance depending on musical interpretation, which we consider it able to be knowable as a worldwide language.

Dijla Oriental Musicians:

A cultural group concerned with music, its aim is to revive and publish the traditional Iraqi music and present it through: concerts, sound recordings, academic researches based on field surveys in different areas of Iraq, as well as support and promote the heritage of local musicians. Dijla is working to build bridges of friendship and dialogue among Iraqis and all peoples through the forum of music.
